As a premier builder and creator of exceptional commercial spaces, Bentley Built Homes was thrilled to work with the esteemed accounting firm, Maynard Bent Fagan (MBF), to bring their vision for a new office building to life. With the design expertise of Jost Architects as our collaborator, we set out to construct a steel and wood hybrid framed structure that would not only impress with its aesthetics, but also prioritize energy efficiency and comfort through the use of an upgraded wall system.

The finished product is a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail, offering 10 private offices, 3 adaptable workspaces, and a large communal area for teamwork. We also included 4 barrier-free restrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and coffee bar, a generous conference room, 1,300 square feet of future lease space, and a welcoming front lobby for MBF’s clients. The design even boasts a 550 square foot rooftop exterior terrace with breathtaking views of Main Street.
