Between Bentley Built and our partner company Allen's Home Building Centre, we are fortunate to work alongside 13 strong, capable women across both teams.

From Red Seal carpenters, to sales roles, to ownership positions, they contribute across every part of the business and help set the standard for the work we do.

And to our two carpenters specifically: you're not a novelty on our job sites. You're held to the exact same standard as every carpenter — and more often than not, you're the ones setting it.

Women in the trades shouldn't be a rare sighting. It should just be another Tuesday. That's the standard we aim for every day.
